What interesting items found on the sea floor might a mermaid choose to collect?  MAKU's other-worldly Raku focal sets the underwater tone for this odyssey.  Step by step build a raised bead embroidery mermaid's tail, not forgetting the Fin Bracelet (mermaids don't have ankles).  Add a collection of shells in various shapes, sizes, and forms to soften and balance the piece.  Bring along any small found objects you might like to include.   Channel your inner mermaid and escape to the seas, if only in our mind's eye.  The pendant size is ~4.5" (w) x 3.5" (h).
