Drakes Galliard Necklace

The first design (taught just once), for the Tudor Inspirations Elemental beadwork retreats in the UK.

Drakes Galliard is rich in Elizabethan-inspired details.

Gorgeous oval stones are embellished with chaton details, caged crystal drops, beaded beads, and a sweet beaded link, all add to the ensemble. As with all the Elemental beadwork designs, the individual elements can be configured differently. The worksheet includes patterns for a single-row bracelet, double-row bracelet, and shorter necklace.

Skill level:   intermediate, to advanced, confident with thread tension and able to make thread path and direction changes.

Techniques: Right Angle Weave, Albion stitch, Netting.

Kits are available from the instructor for

Optional extra Kit £45 (single row bracelet bead pack).

To attend this event, you will need a laptop or tablet along with the Zoom Application which can easily be downloaded for either Windows, Apple, or Android devices, and an internet connection.  After registering and paying for your class, you will be sent a link to the class the week of the workshop.

Class space is confirmed upon receipt of payment. There are no class refunds unless the class is canceled by SocialBeadia.  If you need to cancel, you may transfer your spot to another student, or you will receive all instructional materials and the option to purchase a kit if available.
