Processing Time

Orders placed Sunday through Friday are processed within 24 hours and shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed on Saturdays and holidays are processed the next business day and shipped within 48 hours.

Shipping

We ship to all 50 US states and most other countries via the United States Postal Service. Please allow extra shipping time where customs generally delay delivery. If you do not receive your order within the expected window of time, please contact us with your order number. SocialBeadia claims no liability for orders lost in the mail that are not placed with a trackable delivery service.

Returns

If you are at all dissatisfied with your product (physical goods only) for any reason, you may return it to SocialBeadia within 30 days for a full refund including shipping costs. Please contact us if you wish to make a return.  Returns of digital goods are not allowed.
