The Inca Empire, which thrived from the 13th to the 16th century, was a vast and powerful civilization located in the Andes Mountains of South America, encompassing present-day Peru, Ecuador, Bolivia, and parts of Colombia, Chile, and Argentina.

Inti, the sun god, held immense significance in the religious beliefs of the Inca civilization. Considered the most important deity, Inti was believed to be the ancestor of the Inca rulers and the protector of the Inca people.  The Inca emperor, known as the Sapa Inca, was believed to be the son of Inti and held divine status. The ruler was responsible for maintaining a harmonious relationship with the sun god and ensuring the well-being of the empire and its people.

Inti was revered as the provider of light, warmth, and life-giving energy. The Inca people held elaborate ceremonies and festivals to honor Inti, including the Inti Raymi, a grand celebration held annually during the winter solstice to welcome the return of the sun.

The Inca Empire constructed impressive temples dedicated to Inti, such as the Coricancha in the capital city of Cusco, which housed a golden disc representing the sun. These sacred sites were centers of worship and served as symbols of the empire's close connection with Inti and the spiritual world.

The kit is mandatory and included in the class fee.  It is made and shipped to the US by the instructor and sold on her behalf on the SocialBeadia website.  Class price includes shipping to USA addresses.  International shipments will be charged additional fees based on the actual cost.

To attend this event, you will need a desktop, laptop, or tablet along with the Zoom Application which can easily be downloaded for either Windows, Apple, or Android devices, and a good internet connection.  After registering and paying for your class, you will be sent a link to the online class the week of the workshop.

Class space is confirmed upon receipt of payment. There are no class refunds unless SocialBeadia cancels the class.  If you need to cancel, you may transfer your spot to another student, or you will receive all instructional materials and the option to purchase a kit if available.
