Inspired by a whimsical holiday display of glowing jellyfish at a seaside festival, this enchanting project blends ocean beauty with intricate beadwork. Whether displayed as a festive Christmas tree ornament, a unique interior accent, or worn as a striking pendant, this piece captures the elegance and movement of the sea.

In this immersive 6-hour class, students will create a 4–4.5" jellyfish using a rich combination of seed beads, crystals, sequins, and a real sea urchin shell. You’ll explore a modified version of the Ogalala weaving technique—enhanced with special variations that give this design its distinctive texture and flow.
