Catherine Haedrich - Byzantine Brunette

Description:

This bracelet started as a visual teaching aide of various sized cuff bands.  Interestingly, it evolved quite a bit by the third piece.  Alfons Mucha's Byzantine Bronze subconsciously inspired the fringe.  Although the piece is high color, it reads as green and brown.  There is a soft draping across the hand.  The cuff is oversized like most of my bracelets.

Prereqs: peyote bezeling, back stitch, and simple edging all helpful

Technique: bead embroidery, draping, fringe, internal construction & forming.

Won't be finished in class
