About the Event
Fanciful and light, this piece was solely inspired by the Touch of Glass cabochons. The striped bezels are a nod to Mackenzie Childs and the floral bouquets dictate the shape. The colors are delightful to work in, it is like making your very own confection. This is a full day of bead-baking for intermediate to advanced. Techniques include peyote bezeling, back-stitch, brick-stitch edging, internal construction, and forming. Students should be familiar with bead embroidery and bezeling.
Prerequisites: Knowledge of backstitch, brick stitch, peyote bezeling all helpful.
Project Completion: Will not be completed in class.
