Want to giggle while you work?  Come create this Orangutan with me!  I discovered the endangered Orangutans of Borneo and Sumatra on the World Wildlife Foundation site.

The word Orangutan translates to “Man/People of the Forest” in the Malaysian language.  I enjoyed this project so much that I adopted an Orangutan on the WWF site.  Kit includes 2 colors of the cork tree template, cotton cord, beads, face artwork, backing material, beads, orange agate stone, arms, legs, glass bananas, bone bead (style may vary slightly), cord ends, chain, clasp, and instructions.  Kit does not include needle, thread, tools, or glue.  Kits will be mailed 3-4 weeks prior to the workshop.  Zoom info will be e-mailed one week prior.

Registration includes a 4-hour workshop and a 2-hour finishing class the Friday after the workshop date - August 5th 11am - 1pm

Skill Level:  Intermediate/Advanced

Kit is mandatory and sold separately by the instructor.   $130 + $6 Shipping

To attend this event, you will need either a desktop, laptop, or tablet along with the Zoom Application which can easily be downloaded for either Windows, Apple, or Android devices, and a good internet connection.  After registering and paying for your class, you will be sent a link to the online class the week of the workshop.

Class space is confirmed upon receipt of payment. There are no class refunds unless the class is canceled by SocialBeadia.  If you need to cancel, you may transfer your spot to another student, or you will receive all instructional materials and the option to purchase a kit if available.
