One of my favorite colors is turquoise. The other is gold. What I love most, is turquoise and gold together. And what do you associate with this? Of course to Egyptian culture. So, here is Horus’ treasure with a handmade cabochon with hieroglyphs, bezelled and constructed like a pyramid.
At first glance, it is a complicated, sophisticated, too detailed project, but don’t be afraid, you can easily make a simpler one by skipping several steps, without the outcome looking less gorgeous. The layered bezelling of the cab reflects the construction of pyramids. The wires on the cab resemble the wings of a scarab. So let us make this treasure together. :-D
