Wade into the liminal space where bead weaving and bead embroidery meet, with feathery-leaf-like shapes and glittering glass components. Use these two techniques to create a showstopping neckpiece featuring artisan Czech crystal, glass stones, and beads and Japanese seed beads. With the printed template, you won’t have any trouble starting the project in class and replicating the design exactly; the how-to videos will help you finish the project at home. 

This class will be taught in two separate 3-hour sessions with time between to accomplish tasks necessary for the next session.  Session 1:  June 10, Session 2:  June 15 12 pm - 3 pm both days.

Techniques/prerequisites: bead embroidery, brick stitch, peyote stitch in the round (off-loom) 

Difficulty Level: Intermediate

Kits will be available from the instructor $TBD

To attend this event, you will need either a desktop, laptop, or tablet along with the Zoom Application which can easily be downloaded for either Windows, Apple, or Android devices and a good internet connection.  After registering and paying for your class, you will be sent a link to the online class the week of the workshop.

Class space is confirmed upon receipt of payment. There are no class refunds unless the class is canceled by SocialBeadia.  If you need to cancel, you may transfer your spot to another student, or you will receive all instructional materials and the option to purchase a kit if available.
