• Students should be comfortable working with needle and thread and basic beadweaving stitches (RAW variations, Cubic RAW, and Peyote)

Techniques Covered

• This intensive 6-hour masterclass is designed to expand your structural stitch repertoire and refine your dimensional beadweaving skills. Together, we will unpack the engineering secrets behind this intricate silhouette:

  • Diverse Bezeling Techniques: Master the art of capturing large, dimensional crystals. You will learn to encase the grand focal drop using a precise Right Angle Weave (RAW) bezel,whileutilizing classicPeyoteStitchtoperfectly hug the contours of the smaller faceted drops and sparkling Rivolis.

  • Sculptural Anatomy: Dive into the intricate, organic wing-like elements. You will combine Cubic Right Angle Weave (CRAW) for a stable architectural foundation and marry it seamlessly with Tubular Herringbone to create fluid, undulating segments and delicate, sweeping"antennae."

  • Symmetry and Fluid Component Connection: Learn how to engineer complex, multi-part joints so your necklace drapes flawlessly around the neckline, blending the structured elements with an elegant, supple RAW necklace strap.
