English beadwork artist Heather Kingsley-Heath brings an unmistakable energy to the world of beads—her passion for color, beads, and design is truly infectious, inspiring and encouraging countless emerging designers along her beading journey. Her creations are exquisitely delicate, richly detailed, and effortlessly wearable, often drawing inspiration from history and treasured vintage pieces.
As a tutor, Heather is as exceptional as her work—kind, patient, and full of life. She shares her design processes and techniques with generosity and enthusiasm, making her a deeply engaging and inspiring teacher. She teaches regularly throughout the UK and internationally, connecting with students worldwide.
Heather is also the creator of the Albion stitch, an innovative beading technique she has explored in depth through two published books, Albion Stitch books 1 and 2. In addition, she co-authored Tudor Inspirations, and her work has been featured in numerous magazines, further cementing her influence in the beadwork community.

Step into the charm of Victorian needlework as you create a beautifully detailed scissor keeper combining fine fabrics, delicate hand stitching, and dimensional bead embroidery. Crafted from pure silk with an elegant jacquard lining, this refined piece is adorned with shimmering crystals and seed beads for a timeless vintage aesthetic.
Designed to hold a standard 9.5 cm (3¾-inch) pair of Stork embroidery scissors or similar, the finished scissor keeper measures approximately 7.5 x 11.5 cm (3 x 4½ inches) — the perfect blend of beauty and practicality.

Zoom access details will be emailed the week of the workshop after registration is complete.
Note: Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment. All payments are final and non-refundable, except in the event that SocialBeadia cancels the class, in which case a full refund will be issued.
If you are unable to attend for any reason, you may transfer your enrollment to another individual— provided you arrange the transfer and notify SocialBeadia in advance of the class. Should you choose not to transfer your seat, you will still receive all instructional materials included with your registration, along with the option to purchase a kit, subject to availability.
